Delivery and Return Terms

You can return the purchased products within 15 days from the invoice date. The product you intend to return must have its original packaging intact, and the cardboard label must not be removed. Products without packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted for returns.

You should send the product you want to return along with the invoice and delivery note. Due to their nature, some products cannot be returned (e.g., items that require direct contact with the body during use, earrings, underwear, swimwear), and disposable products cannot be returned either. If the product was invoiced to a company, an official return invoice must be issued by the relevant company.

You can return your product via the nearest courier company, along with the return code you obtained from the website.

Delivery Conditions

Your products will be supplied based on stock availability, and they will be shipped after your order is confirmed. To confirm your order, the payment for the purchased products must be made by credit card or bank transfer. Confirmed orders will be delivered to the courier within 1-3 business days.

Documents to be Presented During Delivery

In accordance with the regulations regarding Security Measures for Postal Shipments approved by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority with the decision dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016/DK-YED/517, a new rule has been implemented for receiving shipments. When receiving your products from the courier, you must present your driver's license, identity card, or passport in accordance with the new rules related to security measures for postal shipments.
